This morning my commuter train arrived more than 30 min. late at the station; and after we were all sitting pretty (or standing proud as was my case; the train was quite packed) there came an announcement that this ride was canceled and that we were all to move to another train which would be coming in a few minutes later at the next platform.Chaos ensued.
