Israel has suspended tax transfers to the Palestinian Authority [PA] because of a new unity deal between rival Palestinian factions, an Israeli newspaper has said.
Yuval Steinitz, the Israeli finance minister, cancelled the latest routine handover by Israel of 300 million shekels ($88m) in customs and other levies collected on behalf of the Palestinians, the best-selling Yedioth Ahronoth daily said.
